I value your trust and aim to provide high-quality social media management and creative services. Please review the following policy regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.
❤︎ Service Payments
All payments for services (such as social media management, content creation, or strategy packages) are required in full, or according to the agreed payment terms stated in the contract, before work begins.
❤︎ Refund Eligibility
Because my services are customized and based on time, planning, and creative effort, refunds are generally not offered once a project or service has started.
However, partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

The project has not yet begun or no work has been delivered.

The client cancels within the same day of payment and before any work has started.
❤︎ Non-Refundable Items
No refunds will be issued for:

Completed or partially completed projects

Strategy sessions, consultations, or digital materials already delivered

Missed client deadlines, delayed feedback, or lack of communication
❤︎ Project Cancellations
Once payment has been received and work has started, project cancellations are not permitted.

If you wish to cancel a project before work begins, please submit a written request via email to hello@mslovecreativemedia.com

Any approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days of confirmation.
