All payments made for completed work, delivered content, or hours already invested are non-refundable.

Due to the time, effort, and strategy involved, monthly retainers and project-based fees are non-refundable once the work has begun.
❤︎ Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered if no work has been initiated after payment.

If you cancel before the agreed start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus administrative fees).
❤︎ Dissatisfaction with Work

If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, I will make reasonable revisions (within the scope of the package or contract) to ensure it meets your expectations.

Refunds will not be granted for subjective reasons such as a “change of mind” after the work has been completed.
❤︎ Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 15 days' notice for cancellation of ongoing services. Any payments made for the current month are non-refundable but services will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

Since custom content, strategies, and designs are tailored specifically for your brand, these are non-refundable once delivered.
