I strive to provide high-quality social media management services that meet and exceed client expectations. Please read the refund policy below to ensure clarity before we begin working together:

❤︎  Non-Refundable Services

  • All payments made for completed work, delivered content, or hours already invested are non-refundable.

  • Due to the time, effort, and strategy involved, monthly retainers and project-based fees are non-refundable once the work has begun.

❤︎  Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may only be considered if no work has been initiated after payment.

  • If you cancel before the agreed start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus administrative fees).

❤︎  Dissatisfaction with Work

  • If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, I will make reasonable revisions (within the scope of the package or contract) to ensure it meets your expectations.

  • Refunds will not be granted for subjective reasons such as a “change of mind” after the work has been completed.

 ❤︎  Cancellations

  • Clients must provide at least 15 days' notice for cancellation of ongoing services. Any payments made for the current month are non-refundable but services will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

  ❤︎  Customized Projects

  • Since custom content, strategies, and designs are tailored specifically for your brand, these are non-refundable once delivered.

❤︎ Payments are non-refundable once work has started, but I am committed to making reasonable adjustments to ensure client satisfaction.
