Terms & Conditions

By engaging my services as your Social Media Manager, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

❤︎  Payment Terms

  • All fees must be paid upfront or as agreed in the service contract.

  • Late payments may result in a pause of services until payment is received.

  • Retainer packages are billed monthly and are non-refundable once work has begun.

❤︎  Service Provided

I provide social media management services which may include content creation, scheduling, community engagement, analytics reporting, and strategy development. The specific scope of work will be outlined in the agreed package or contract.

❤︎  Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide timely access to necessary brand materials (logos, photos, branding guidelines, account access, etc.).

  • You are responsible for ensuring that any content or materials you provide do not infringe copyright, trademarks, or any third-party rights.

  • You agree to review and approve deliverables promptly to avoid delays.

❤︎  Revisions & Edits

  • Reasonable revisions are included within the scope of the package.

  • Major changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

❤︎  Confidentiality

  • I respect your privacy and agree not to disclose, share, or misuse any confidential information regarding your business, accounts, or strategies.

❤︎  Content Ownership

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final content (posts, graphics, strategies) transfers to you.

  • I reserve the right to showcase non-sensitive completed work in my portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

❤︎  Limitation of Liability

  • I am not responsible for technical issues on social media platforms, algorithm changes, or third-party service interruptions.

  • While I strive for growth and engagement, I cannot guarantee specific results such as follower count, sales, or revenue increases.

❤︎  Termination & Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with at least 15 days’ written notice.

  • All payments made for ongoing or completed work are non-refundable.

  • If terminated early, you will remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the date of termination.
